I was in downtown Sacramento and craved Chinese food so I searched yelp and found Tea Cup cafe. This is a standard Chinese restaurant with a fish aquarium inside. When I arrived late Sunday afternoon, the place was not busy so my take out order was done in 15 minutes. Food was delicious. I can't wait to try the other items on their menu.

This is by far the best Chinese food I have had in decades. The waiter we had was super nice, very knowledgeable, fast service.. we had the mixed garlic vegetables which was top-notch. Then we had walnut shrimp, which was outstanding. I ordered the stirfry porterhouse steak with pan, fried noodles, which was delicious and three sesame balls to go for dessert.. I would say this place blows away Frank fats on L St...

Dim sum on par with San Francisco! We went on a lark after the CIM in December. (We used to like New Canton.) This place is smaller but really good quality. We will be back.

Literally the BEST Chinese food downtown! Portions are huge, prices are cheap, food is GOOD! They have dim sum and the typical food, but they're not greasy or as heavy. Everything is always fresh and delicious!
